Gtr35 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the gtr35 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the gtr35 platform.

This platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. gtr35 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and gtr35. By continuing to use the platform after any changes are announced, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of gtr35 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. gtr35 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Users agree to use the gtr35 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including falsification of documents or identity information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and gtr35 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

4. Payment & MYR Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the gtr35 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported methods including FPX (internet banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and standard bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by selected method and are subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as your gtr35 account profile. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements may be held until verification is complete. gtr35 is not liable for delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Gtr35 provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays at all times. gtr35 is not liable for any financial loss or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Gtr35 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated period, or at the request of a competent authority. Any remaining funds in a suspended account will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal policy once the investigation is concluded.

All content on the gtr35 platform — including text, images, logos, and software — is the intellectual property of gtr35 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.

6. Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

Gtr35 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.
